Shifts are bound to happen. We are, after all, creatures of change.
Lore about the great alchemists of old share of turning lead into gold. The great magician Merlyn was one of these gems. I am sure you have heard something of the like along the way.
One of the great secrets of this is the turning of our own lead (unconsciousness/darkness) into that of gold (consciousness/awakening/light). We come through our darkness only to be reborn with fresh energy, new ideas, and a renewed reserve of strength.
Where does this come from? Let me help bring some things to Light, so to speak. Our souls flow through our Hearts, guiding us in this life. We are creating our life at all times, whether we realize it or not. The world carries distraction and appears to be external to us, pulling our attentions and energy far away from our “why we’re here”.
These distractions can even seemingly cause great harm. Even not seemingly, I suppose. For if we get too carried away in the distractions of this planet, being pulled along by the glitz and glimmer of eternal gold, achievements, accomplishments, and that bitch goddess of success, we may very well even lose our soul.
How many in your life can you recognize as being empty?
Symptoms would include that of continuously seeking outside oneself for fulfillment including various forms of addictions (drugs, alcohol, food, sex, etc), “needing” worldly belongings and possessions, desires of the lusty carnal sort, even seeking to just placate oneself with continuously seeking and receiving different forms of “feel-good healing” from the wild varieties of the many charlatans of the spiritual healing worlds.
None of this will fill that void, of which you are seeking. To dive deep inside oneself for true healing is necessary.
A true healer will help you discover and alchemize your own inner healing. Offering you keys to help open your own Truth.
To begin that real healing journey, one must start with with full honesty.
Let’s admit it, many cannot be honest with others, let alone with themselves. I get it! This is hard! It takes bravery, courage, and a whole lot of work.
To allow the soul to flow through the Heart, one great place is to be in nature. Nature holds the highest vibration of spirit energy. A walk through the woods has healed many a soul, and when done in solitude and silence, this helps raise your own vibration through awareness.
To be alone with just your thoughts? I know there are so incredibly many that are terrified by this prospect. Why is this? Who is inside of you that you can’t stand and causes so much fear? Your thoughts aren’t even real. Did you know?
Try this little trick for your own curiosity. Pause right now, close your eyes, and say out loud “Brain! What are you thinking about?”
What happened when you did that? Were you able to perceive your brain outside of your Self? Did your thoughts shift or even go away a bit?
This is a great step into self-awareness. Let me ask you to do this also. Now that you can perceive your brain and thoughts that are separated from “you”, who are you? Who is the one who is able to perceive these things?
And that, my dearest friends, is another most excellent step into self-awareness. To be aware of Self, the one who is much higher and actually running the show through that beautiful body of yours. Practice this and you will find some settling of your system, your thoughts. And you just very well may find yourself able to tap into your soul, through that incredible Heart of yours.
Right there is your gold. And you are now an alchemist able to begin to shift some things in your life.
Just like magick!
Wisdom and Love,
Dawn the Awakener
