If you’re here, you’re probably in the middle of something real—grief, change, doubt, awakening, maybe even all at once. This space exists for moments like that. When you're exhausted, questioning everything, or just trying to figure out what’s real—this is where we sit down and get honest. I’m not here to hand you answers or pretend to have a magic fix. I'm here to hold space while you look at your life with clear eyes—no filters, no spiritual bypassing. We’ll sort through what’s showing up: the pain, the patterns, the confusion. You’ll talk. I’ll listen. We’ll get into the truth of it together. This work is for people who are done with pretending. People who want to grow, not escape. Whether you’re waking up spiritually, confronting deep emotional wounds, or dismantling the beliefs that used to define you—this session is for finding your ground again. We might talk about: • The inner crud you’re carrying that no one sees. • The patterns you keep repeating that you’re sick of. • The gut feelings you’ve been ignoring. • What healing actually looks like—not what Instagram says. • How to reconnect with your own voice when everything feels loud. There’s no guru talk here. Just real conversation, guided by intuition, clarity, and your willingness to face yourself. This isn’t about predicting your future. It’s about helping you take your power back and walk your path with your eyes open. Session lengths available: 15-min for quicker advice or you only have one thing to seek clarity on 25-min to allow for deeper diving into why you booked this service. 50-min is the length of a regular session (session packages available) Typically, this is a deeper dive into 1 theme of life (ie. Relationships, career, opportunities, etc), and sometimes 2 themes depending on how deep you would like to go. 60-Min Session: A more expansive session where we can go deeper, unravel layers, and create space for profound insight and transformation. This is a judgment-free, heart-centered space. You are safe here. You are seen. All session sales are final. Sessions may be rescheduled with a 12-hr notice.
