RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Hi there! We, as in myself, Dawn, and my spirit guides, are a small business that utilizes a made-to-order business model. This means we don’t hold any inventory, and we work directly with our production partners to produce or ship inventory as needed.
So soon after you place your order with us, we place that order with our suppliers to produce that product just for you.
We do this to keep our costs low, and quality high!

With that said, we want to offer a quality guarantee for you. You can expect to receive the item you ordered from us quickly, without any defects, and as it was described.

If there is any sort of a problem, please fill out the claim form within 10 days of your order date.



Refunds Policy
​Refunds are sent back to the form of payment used on the original order, we cannot change where the refund is sent and we are not liable if you have cancelled the form of payment used for the order.
What Is Refundable or Replaceable?

The product wasn’t as described
You received the wrong size from what you had ordered

​Because we have your items produced on demand with our production partners,
we reserve the right to deny a refund or exchange for reasons such as changing your mind, or it doesn’t fit, claim filed too late, etc.
Again, we are a small business, and we really appreciate your business.
Return Policy
Depending on which item you ordered, the return policy may differ. If you wish to return an item, please fill out the claim form and await instruction.
Regarding items that are produced on demand:
We like to keep it simple. We don’t accept any returns nor exchanges. If your item arrives damaged, or with a print defect, or you ordered the wrong item, or for any other issue, we don’t need it back. Frankly if you don’t want it, we don’t want it, and our supplier sure doesn’t want it back either.
Depending on the reason for the return, we may just offer you a replacement (additional shipping fees may apply) or a refund and let you keep the item. Mistaken ordering though, is not a valid reason for a free replacement or refund.
I am happy to give you a one time discount though on a new order.

What Should I Do With It Since You Don’t Want it Back?
Gift it, donate it, sell it, use it for art, burn it in rebellion of the capitalistic patriarchy, or just toss it away I suppose. It’s yours. Choose your adventure!
What If I Already Shipped it Back to Sender?
It’s okay, it happens! This actually happens more than you know. Although it’s not a preferred option, there is no penalty or anything. Your product will just fall into the cracks of the warehouse, and either be destroyed or probably sold second hand from a dusty old shelf many years from now.
Rest assured I will receive an email from the supplier upon their receipt of your order, and I will contact you to see what happened.

Excessive Refunds Request Policy
We offer an easy refund, exchange, and reporting a problem process to make your online shopping experience as enjoyable as possible. We monitor the number of returns made by customers and excessive refunds or form submittals and/or abuse of the refunds policy will be flagged and may, at our sole discretion, lead to the closure of your account and future orders being declined.
Shipping Issues
Delayed and Lost Packages
What if my order is lost in the mail?
Sometimes packages can get lost in transit, and I’m here to help if that happens. If your order doesn’t arrive and the tracking status hasn’t updated in a while, just fill out our claim form within 10 days of the estimated delivery date. I will personally look into this and get this resolved.
What if the tracking shows it was delivered?
If the tracking shows the package was delivered, we’re not able to cover the cost of a reprint or reshipment. However, you’re welcome to place a new order at your own expense if you choose to order a replacement.
Resolution Possibilities:
If the order is considered lost by the carrier and falls within this timeframe, we’ll cover the costs of reprinting and reshipping it.
Before we can issue a reprint
To speed things up, we will ask you to help confirm a few details:
Such as double checking the shipping address to make sure your delivery address was entered correctly.
